Hello! I’m Kerry, the face (and name) behind Kerry Steyn Photography, and I’m all about making real connections with the people I work with. Whether I’m photographing the raw energy of a live music show, capturing the joy of a wedding day, or bringing out your best self in a portrait session, I’m here to tell your story through the lens.
Photography is my passion, but music is my soul. Music has been my soundtrack through life, and I’m forever grateful for the way it’s shaped who I am. That’s why music and live performance photography has a special place in my heart—it’s an adrenaline rush to freeze those electric moments on stage, creating images that echo the passion and energy of every note.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me embracing my inner '80s child (feeling all the retro vibes!) or riding rollercoasters whilst skillfully avoiding haunted houses like the plague. Oh, and fun fact: I once travelled on the Midnight Train To Georgia. It even has its own fan club, although I didn't buy a t-shirt.
I keep photo sessions light, fun, and relaxed, because I believe the best shots happen when you’re just being yourself.
